A New Twist on Shorts

I'm not a huge fan of shorts, unless the situation particularly necessitates them, but I like the whimsy and feminine detail on this scalloped khaki pair. They're the perfect DIY for any pair that you can get cheaply, just by using a waved stencil to make them your own with an uneven, delicate scalloped hem. They instantly become a little softer than regular shorts and the perfect functional update for Summer.
